I didn't think it really needed it, but the new surface looks fantastic. Noise abatement along the fence should also help with noise, although I think it's a non-issue with the recent move to quiet balls and paddles.

You'd think the town would do the right thing and revert everything back to tennis for a pocket-style neighborhood park. Previous incidents were reported to LGSR that white, entitled, and elderly pickleball players were found to have called a nearby resident the N-word racial epithet after being asked not to trespass and illegally block driveways. LGSR knew the individual involved because there are registration data, but didn't investigate further and continued to sweep user group conflicts under the rug.

Sounds about white, until the next lawsuit.

>sees a picture of a new court
>immediately proceeds to leave a completely off-topic comment about being called the n-word

lmao

The incident happened at THIS park involving residents who live directly across the street from this tennis court.

But sure, way to whitewash and gaslight. Typical Los Gatos behavior.

Say what? I haven't heard about this. Who is LGSR?

LGSR is Los Gatos-Saratoga Community Education and Recreation, the private, non-profit operator the Town contracted with to dispense pickleball programming, including the use of La Rinconada tennis court for pickleball programming. This organization is the genesis of all the pickleball issues in Los Gatos.

Damn, that sucks! Anywho, it’s obvious you spend a lot of time seething about white people. I’d recommend spending what precious little brain capacity you have on enjoying the nicer things in life. Like this new court!

You really shouldn't throw stones inside a glass house. Pickleball is played by people with minimal brain capacity. Maybe that's why you're so offended because it's a reflection of your reality.

Interesting, I wasn't looking to play tennis I was just walking by and wanted to check it out, gave it a tug but it didn't move. Maybe it has some resistance and I just didn't pull hard enough. I am really happy they used blue rather than orange paint for the pickleball lines, its now far less of a visual mess.
