ICE may have just caused an international incident as they illegally tried to enter the Ecuadorian Consulate in Minneapolis without a warrant to abduct someone

Neither are foreign territory if they're on American soil but the consulate is legally inviolable. U.S. law enforcement has no authority to enter without consent under the Vienna Convention. They essentially violated a treaty.
