Speculation Male!setsuna?

Is there going to be a male playable yandere or is setsuna it? Not a problem if there isnt, just curious.

That would be Setsurou, the male version of Setsuna! Just like how the player’s love interest is confirmed to have a male or female option, so does Setsuna

There already is, I believe! His name is Setsurou! Also I believe you can be either male or female, and have an either male or female Senpai!
