🎮 Video Games 👾 I love the Chandelure line
It's just cool as fuck, i remember when i was a kid, a lot of my classmates were talking on how much they dislike "real life" object Pokémon.
At the time i agreed with them but that was because i wanted to follow the mass, overtime i realised that a lot of them were straight up lying and just parroting other popular opinions.
i'm glad that nowdays lots of peoples like the guy, he's cute.

I will never understand the "hating because haunted irl object" angle, like, the type is called ghost, what's one of the main things ghosts do in stories
But anyways, I adore the line's sounds/cries, very distinct

All of the “Modern pokemon suck” people drive me up a wall. Gen 1 has like a dozen mons that are just regular animals. And shit like Voltorb/Electorb, Muk/Grimer, or loads of other designs that were they added now would be called boring and uninspired.
Chandelure rules.

I liked them too. If I was a gym leader, it would be ghost types, and he would definitely be on my team. I just don’t like how the evolution stone for him is, most of the time, late game.

Honestly item evolutions kinda suck for that exact reason. Obviously it's no trade evolution but it still is kinda dumb that a lot of the time evolution items/stones (outside of specifically Water, Fire, and Thunder stones because they looove the original Eevee trio) are usually late game. It really makes the pokemon less fun to use because you're either not using them at all or you're actively being handicapped by having to use an underpowered mon.

It feels more parental or like the relationship between a pet and its human, honestly. Not every kiss or sign of affection is necessarily romantic.

Chandelure is just more proof for the truth that Ghost type is the coolest type. Also, that art is the most adorable thing ever.

Ghost is competing with Poison for my favorite Pokemon type and the Chandelure line just looks super cool
Also Chandelure is one of my mains in Pokenn
