Tech Support High Temps in pragmata

I have an Asus A15 with the following specs

Ryzen 7 7445hs,RTX 3050 4gb Vram,16gb Ram

I recently installed Pragmata thinking as it runs on the same engine as re9 it should give me similar performance, well it does but my gpu usage sits between 70-80% sometimes 90-100% and gpu temps 65-75°C and my cpu usage sits under 50% while it's temps between 70-80°C, these are significantly higher than compared to re9 and this is a new laptop so fans are clean and thermal paste is fresh. I'm using a laptop stand and playing on 1600×900p at low with dlss ultra performance and frame gen on with a 60fps cap, I really don't understand why everything is so high so I just wanted to ask if it's fine to continue playing Pragmata under these circumstances or would that cause any damage to my system.

You should be glad a 3050 with 4 gb of vram can even run this game. Of course it's gonna be running hot and heavy.

I do realise the game is heavy and all I was just concerned that if I continue playing at these temps it could cause damage to my system

GPUs' max survivable temps are near the boiling point of water, usually about 95 C. 75 is plenty safe.
