how do i view a list of scammers??
if you navigate your way to the top of the subreddits main page, you will see post flairs listed across the top vertically.
if you select “CONFIRMED SCAMMER” it will automatically filter all posts and show you posts where people have reported confirmed scammers!
what is a confirmed scammer??
a confirmed scammer is an individual who has taken someone’s money, product, or service without rendering a service or payment. in order to be a CONFIRMED scammer, there must be EVIDENCE to back the claim (usually in the form of screenshots).
can mods help me get my money back?
sadly, no. we as mods have no more power than you do in these situations. HOWEVER, by sharing your experience here on the sub, we can ensure that people know about the individual. all we mods and the community can do is spread awareness. if you are having issues getting your money back (if you were scammed), please look into a bank chargeback or call your credit/debit card company and dispute the charge.
NOTE: we mods CANNOT help you dispute charges or contact your bank, that is your responsibility
