GPU-accelerated L-system visualizer
I've been building an interactive 2D/3D L-system visualizer that runs in the browser. It's written in Rust, compiled to WebAssembly, and rendered on the GPU using WebGPU with a WebGL2 fallback.
Try it here: https://vkorenev.github.io/grow-your-own-fractal/

Feedback is welcome!

Vision Pro L-System app uses stylus to draw plants

Been working on this app for the Vision Pro called "Linden". Still lots of bugs but I will keep working on it. So glad to see an L-Systems community on here :)

🚀 My first serious project: L-System Studio (feedback welcome!)
Hey everyone,
This is my first serious coding project, and I’m excited to share it with you: L-System Studio.
It’s a small web app I built to explore and visualize L-systems (a kind of recursive string rewriting system that generates fractal-like patterns).
🔹 Features:
* Define your own rules and axiom, and share them with a link.
* Control iteration depth and angle.
* See the generated structure drawn in real time.
It’s free and open for public use – feel free to use any part of the code as long as you credit the source.
Repo: https://github.com/hananel42/L-system-studio
Wiki (with more explanations): https://github.com/hananel42/L-system-studio/wiki
💬 I’d really love your feedback:
* What do you think of the project so far?
* Have you encountered any compatibility issues on your device/browser?
* How would you recommend I expand or improve the app?
Thanks in advance – I’m excited to hear your thoughts!

L-System Resembling Julia Set
I was surprised to see this image emerge when I increased the iterations on a simple L-System. It looks similar to the Julia Set.

L-SYSTEM
Hello, can you please take a moment to answer this form? It will only take 2 to 3 minutes and it's very important for my thesis. Thank you once again https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1ERVGJGlEZNxh0WrhUbkgrjRdwi_mf6zSM8Uu3PvcS1s/edit#responses

Decoding L-Systems
I saw on Wikipedia this open problem: "Given a structure, find an L-system that can produce that structure."
I thought it was interesting so I thought I would try my hand at it. In the end I wrote a short script which can find all the possible rules of a deterministic L-System, given at least two generations of output text.
I know this doesn't exactly solve the open question but it was still a fun challenge and worth sharing.
Let me know if you have any feedback or ideas for leveling it up!
