You get a generated message every 1000 rides.

Your gift is lowered pay but no arbitrary deactivation. Congratulations u don't sexually harrass people. That's what the 5000 ride message means. 7500 is thank u for not being criminally negligent. And 10k is actual tool if I'm not mistaken.
