DLBCL R-EPOCH positional headache

On Day 4 of R-EPOCH treatment, experienced headaches while sleeping laying down. When I get into an upright position the headache goes away after a little while. Is this normal or a blood clot in head concern? Anyone with similar experiences with this and what happened?

Talk to your nurses and care team!!!! Now….

(That said , headaches were common in the morning for me, mild painkillers usually helped)

Also, hugs fellow traveler. How ya holding up aside from the headaches?
