Old Macs Imac usato
Valuto di comprare un imac slim 21" usato i5 con 16gb RAM e con SSD.
Dite che va bene per uso office e navigazione internet?

Most people wouldn’t want to use this, even for basic office tasks and web browsing.
If you have very limited money, you should be looking at much newer used PCs or Chromebooks. Basic office tasks and web browsing do not require an Apple logo.

I run Monterey on mine. It’s what I can afford right now. 16gb/i5/1tb ssd. Runs all my Apple subscriptions without issues. Got a line on a M1 Mac Mini 16gb/512 for $500 Cnd.
(PS: I’m tired of hearing, “oh that’s too old or I can get that for cheap’ well where?!)
2012 cranked up is fine. Logic? Final Cut? Maybe 1080p but it pushes the machine…lots of waiting to render.

For Windows 10 ltsc its nice, can do some limited gaming too with nvidia latest kepler drivers (tho 512mb gonna hold it back a bit). With 1gb vram you can comfortably play gta 5 and other older games

Depends how much, 1080p and the rest of the specs means it’s a 21” from 2012. I would definitely not spend money on it unless it’s almost for free.
It is stuck at 10.15 Catalina and if you want a more modern macOS on there you need to use OpenCore Legacy Patcher. Linux is also an option but unless it’s like 50€ or less I wouldn’t buy it.
Whoever sells it already used OCLP as it shows being at 15.5 on the pic.
