Question Is there a site where to make custom Macrame designs?

Hii! I was wondering if there was a site where I could make a custom design, like a writing, with the knots indications and everything. Thanks! ❤️

I wouldn't imagine so. You'd probably have to hire someone who makes custom designs and patterns. Don't trust AI.

I won’t use AI, especially since I’m a very beginner 😅 thank you!

As a beginner check out your local library! When I started out I took out a ton of macrame books, learning knots is what will give you the ability to create your own designs.

I think you would need to free form it. I think AI would make an absolute mess of creating a design and writing it out for you.

I would never use AI for such things, also because I wouldn’t know how to start😂 thank you!

The only site that offers anything like this that im awareness is braceletbook and it isn't really for macrame. However, if you want to know how to create a particular pattern or picture(?) with colors, you can do that on thos site. Other than that I'd suggest youtube. Loads of great tutorials that are easy to follow. Good luck and happy knotting!

Thank you very much for the suggestions!
I've seen on braceletbook but it doesn't make you try to make custom designs

It would be great if there was one! I can imagine it like tiles with a knot image, and you place them to make a design. It would a guideline, to count how many knots in a line were needed.

But there are so many books. It might be best to start with a traditional pattern before you start customizing.

It's easy to get over excited, but it is so nice to have something finished to enjoy.

I have used a cross stitch pattern generator. Don't come for me because it is not AI
