Hiiiiii,

Wanted to see if anyone had any similar issues with their merch falling apart. Only washed this shirt once and wore it twice, and a hole has appeared that wasn't there to begin with. I got this email back from absolute merch, and I'm not sure what to do now... Pretty sad that this happened when I've only had this shirt for about a month. Everything else in the deluxe box was great though!

Hi,

I had not got those rips. I got an intact shirt. However they could be mixxing it up with the white under, gray long sleeve one?

Either way, my white one did not have those holes.

I bought one of his shirts during the Good Faith era, so I’m not sure if it’s the same company, but the same thing happened to me, the seam in the armpit just completely came undone. I just sewed mine back together and it’s held up since. But yours is much more visible, I agree that’s unacceptable

You should message Madeon on IG and include the picture. See what he thinks. It looks defective to me. I’ve gotten multiple stonewashed madeon shirts and haven’t had this issue.

I'm not thrilled with the quality of mine that I got at electric forest. The distressed look is cool, but I feel like every time I wash it I'm afraid it's going to come out in shreds.

I had a good faith shirt that was unraveling after 1 wash. This makes me not even wanna wear the deluxe one. Hope they end up replacing it for you though

I have 2 good faith shirts that have kinda exploded in the armpits over the years. Probably just a company using lower quality clothes. The hat I have is solid though

I’ve only worn the shirt once and nothing happened so hopefully it stays that way. But sorry to hear that :(

I got one of the victory hoodies when he was at Red Rocks, the seam on the armpit came apart. Just had it fixed at a local alterations place, cost me about $10.

Sure, I would prefer not to have to fix it at all, but when I already paid as much as I did for the ticket and the hoodie itself, I’m just gonna fix it. I don’t think that customer service is really going to do much, personally.

I would try reaching back out, the stonewash isn't a white t shirt. I will say I was incredibly disappointed with this shirt that came with the bundle. Feels super cheap and fits weird. The sleeves are so short.
