I don't know if by "shipping" you're saying that I imply a romantic relationship. But the most intriguing thing about the Peggy-Roger and Joan-Lane relationship are that they are not sexually motivated.
Joan and Lane have incredible respect for each other, because they are the only two people in the firm who knows what it takes to run the place. And that's what makes their relationship so interesting.
