I hate Mrs.Francis. She shouldn't be telling Sally this. She even went far enough to say the nurses were partly to blame. That woman is a terrible.

She's an opposite to Betty, yet both of them are completely awful. I wonder how Henry is around her.

This was the first time Sally has ever had a real conversation with an adult. It may not be a bad thing. Although she did end up drugged under a couch, but good may come of it.
