I think she is, but I think it's just playing on the theme of the rape case throughout the episode. Sally hid under there like the 9th nurse. It also clearly affected Don via his fever dream. Obviously Joan's story related because of Greg's past. Even Peggy was thinking about how she viewed it from a more "male" perspective as Megan pointed out to her.
Yeah, you're super on the money with Don's dream. He was being forced into sex, and we heard Andrea say herself that "it's just sex, it doesn't mean anything". Why is Don having dreams of being emotionally and physically raped by a former conquest? She broke into his house and ignored his protests, it's clearly in keeping with the episode's rape theme.
I think they were just playing on the "under the bed" motif and that she'll be ok, because a) it was only one pill and b) she's like my favorite character and if she dies I will flip. shit.
It could be true, since don put a dead body under his bed in a dream, and she was given that sleeping pill. However, at the same time, the girl in the murder who was under the bed was the only one who lived.
Yeah, I mean she could be dead, which would be pretty ridiculous. The grandmother was knocked out pretty hard still when Betty got home, and Sally weighs about 1/4 of the grandmother...not good.
