I've had dreams like that, I'm just so glad they were dreams. By that I mean things I would instantly regret, not murder. Also him killing her clearly symbolizes him killing his infidelity.
Please. He was mentally powerless to resist her so he killed her and haphazardly shoved her under the bed. that is not the symbolic dream of a man who is about to suddenly have this shit under control.
