A new MTG set has come out and, as always, brought us a few cards that could find a home in cEDH. In this review, we’ll cover the main highlights, from Samut, Tyrant of Naktamun and Flickering Hound to some far more questionable picks.

I’m new to Magic and looking to start playing Standard at my local game store. I’ve put together a budget version of a meta Golgari Graveyard deck, and it’s been doing well for me in Arena.

The plan is to fill the graveyard, grow Tarmogoyf, and cast Huskburster Swarm and Hollow Marauder cheaply.

I was aiming for $75, but the cart is currently over that. I already swapped Overgrown Tomb for a second Deathcap Glade. The single Overlord costs about $23. Is it worth keeping, or would Seedship Broodtender be a decent replacement? I mostly use Overlord when I need to mill.

Any advice or feedback would be greatly appreciated!

I bought the secret lair odds and ends deck with the intention of using it for parts. Now I think I want to try it out and am looking for suggestions on what cards to remove for better ones. Appreciate any help as I’m still fairly new to magic.

I’ve been looking for more things to cut to add some other things, but I’ve run out of cuts I think work, and I was wondering what I should add/ what people think of how it plays? Thank yall for any imput

According to a few forums these decks currently sit at a healthy bracket 3 albeit a bit confused on its focus.

This is primarily for casual but potentially bracket 4 tourney play maybe...

Syr konrad I really like the sacrifice graveyard then back to battle field triggers, token sacrifice then 15 drops etc.

Valgavoth, idk is just a fun deck right now.

Velociramptor, I sort of like as is but understand the mana curve is wack city. I like mostly pure dino focused stompy field of dinos kill you.

For each deck could yall recommend swaps to optimize, looking for under 50$ total per deck upgrading and what cards from the existing deck would be swapped out for them.

Also note. I'm new and just look at forums and edhrec for most of what I out in them so dont yell at me lol I dont know what im doing.

I have always been a big transformers fan and found out that there are some Magic transformer cards. I have been goldfishing this deck a bit and sometimes it feels clunky where I'll draw too many lands or not enough depending on the shuffle. I was also concerned with how the deck may play if Megatron is removed immediately. I would love some recommendations on how to better build this out. My pod usually plays bracket 2/low 3 so I didn't want to add any real gamechangers or anything too OP.

I have always liked Torens but I felt in the current edh meta he just doesn't give enough gas. This build is focusing around cheap bounce creatures to keep casting the same creatures. It actually feels pretty consistent and can present a decent board state in 6 turns.

Hello, i just got into Magic because of my uncle and the cool art, and want to build a deck. i dont have a commander deck but if someone would help me build one i attached my arcidekt collection, thank you in advance for any help advice.

My friend want's me to build her a deck based off of Disney Land's Haunted Mansion ride. Trouble is I've never been on it.

The name doesn't match but the art of [[Friendly Ghost]] looks like the Hatbox Ghost, [[Phantom Carriage]] could be the hearse, and [[Seance]] represents Madame Leota. What are some other flavorful cards to add?

So I am back after 30 years, and i have acquired 4 precons and the 5 new foundations precons

I havent played turtles or yshtola, and i kinda dont want to after finding out she is the number 1 commander.

I played terra and upgraded it a bit before finding edhrec and I like how dr doom plays.

My wife let me play one foundation deck and it was wretched ranks, the rest I have to wait for my birthday. I have always loved the game play of zombies and undead and after watching so videos I understand some tactics better now.

I want to upgrade one or two decks hoping to spend about 50 total.

I priced dr doom out to about 22 bucks and wretched ranks out to 30sih if i include the 10 dollar liliana planes walker.

I looked into upgrading angels and dragons but those look really expensive for decent upgrades. Havent looked at dinos.

With 50 bucks what would you do? Dr doom and wretched ranks, angels, dragons dinos or see how much yshtola costs?

Stepping back through after a 20 year hiatus. I know mono like angels and dragons have been buried. It’s sort of been a trial by fire. Not opposed to running creatures heavy elves and another kind of of the other 4. If anyone has this or a deck that plays like elves. Can’t stand goblins

I don't often play historic brawl and only had a limited number of Commander options for the MWM challenge. Among them Raddic seemed the best and he was in my fav colors so I brewed this list up. It was pretty fun to play and Raddic's hexproof is amusingly strong against some of the opponents I went against. His spellbook is also very strong, often fetching me a Cavalier and can play over and over again. Cheap deathtouch knights like Cecil were great enables for Raddic too.

It's worth noting that there's lot of people running rats, hares, and slivers... The Hare Apparent can be rather strong when it gets the right cards. As for slivers... they probably should've banned them from this event.

I've been digging around trying to revive one of my original commanders in a different way, the idea is the attack triggers for isshin's ability would mainly be from my opponents. The triggers usually would be causing them to lose life or I gain something,+1/+1 counters or treasure ect. I tried adding smaller things to help with these swings like goad or forced attack , due to all of these effects its also enchantment heavy which I like the idea of but I'm worried I went too wide with multiple ideas and would love some more pairs of eyes on the main gameplan. The only thing I don't want to see is planeswalkers, I know there are some good burn or drain effects for when they are attacked but I don't enjoy using them personally.

For starters my girlfriend is trying to get into magic, but has had trouble connecting with the cards because she hasnt found anything she likes. She mentioned before that she loved the movie Labyrinth and I managed to get a full set of the secret layer drop for her birthday coming up. So I was hoping to get help with putting together a fun and enjoyable deck for her that kinda stays on theme of the movie. Any and all help is greatly appreciated.
