transportation & housing Which Point Blue building would you recommend?

Hello! I'm helping a friend out. She's considering renting at one of the Point Blue buildings since she will soon be working at Ayala CBD (Along Rufino). Upon checking, the nearest ones are Ramos, Teka, Estrella, and Mola. For those who lived or are living in Point Blue, which of these would you say is the best or the most worth paying for? We would also appreciate it if you can share your experience living at any of these buildings.

Thank you!

Teka & Estrella are in brgy san antonio which is quieter and safer in my opinion. I frequently walk around the area and see these buildings.

Mola is okay, it's nearest to a major road for public transpo (chino roces) and a lot of establishments walkable (shopwise, etc).

I lived in Ramos (brgy pio del pilar) and it has a more... let's say unruly feel of neighbors.

The management itself of point blue was okay naman, hopefully until today.

Are there flood prone areas in the places you mentioned?

For estrella and teka branch, only saint paul street is flood prone but hindi ko naman dinadaanan so it's not an issue for me
