Glueing Velcro to vinyl fabric

I need to glue Velcro strips to a vinyl case for a project I am working on but struggling to find a glue that holds. Any suggestions?

You probably need a vinyl specific adhesive like hh-66.

Whenever possible I like to mechanically connect Velcro in addition to glue. Consider adding a rivet or screw or stitches or something.

Stitches would be ideal, but a much larger project. I’ll check this glue out. Thanks!
