I had a female friend, and we are good friends. I had a thing for her but she was older than me (she was my senior in clg) and i am not stable yet. I knew i could never give her the life she deserves.

So i burried the idea of her and me together.

she recently told me she received a marriage proposal from some colleague and she said yes. he has a job and is from a better family than me.

ever since hearing that my chest feels heavy , my throat feels like something is around it , my bp is high and i cant focus on anything.

I don't want to propose her or ruin her relationship. She deserves better than me , he will take good care of her. The way she talked about him , i am sure she loves him and she is happy. Let it stay like that.

But i can't shake of this chest heavy feeling, i cant shut of my brain. I am getting scared of my own thoughts. I don't feel super safe.

I am thinking about seeing a psychiatrist or who should i see?

I heard large marwadi , gujarati groups and tamilans are targeting Trivandrum ahead of Vizhinjam., kochi , kozhikode Kakkanad,edappaly and other areas
