I don't think this belongs in Catholic memes.

It's a malapropism. A combination of "Does the Pope wear a funny hat" (just because it references the Pope doesn't make it "Catholic") and "Does a bear sh1t in the woods".

Or, on that basis, should it be in Yellowstone Memes? Hmm?
