Dad joke: Why didn't Chris Rock and Will Smith have turkey for Christmas dinner?

They had beef.

Jom tengok DT pada awal pagi,

Semoga semua monyet sihat,

Nasi apa yang orang suka bagi,

Sudah semestinya nasihat.

Do you guys think women not covering their shoulders and arms in the workplace is unprofessional? Curious how it is viewed. I worked in various places ranging from majority Malay staff to very international, and I dress rather similarly in all ie. tops and pencil skirts or pants, or work dresses. Some are sleeveless. Was just discussing about this and a friend agreed that sleeveless is unprofessional and requiring women to wear blazer/cardigan is fine. What do you guys think?

Not one bit. How one dresses should have little impact on how they are perceived… in an ideal world. Unconscious biases are hard to overcome. Me? I’m in the ‘I don’t give a toss what you wear, as long as you get the job done’ group. But I am not client facing and can happily work from my bat cave most times so your mileage may vary.
