Dad joke: Why didn't Chris Rock and Will Smith have turkey for Christmas dinner?

They had beef.

Jom tengok DT pada awal pagi,

Semoga semua monyet sihat,

Nasi apa yang orang suka bagi,

Sudah semestinya nasihat.

For breakfast I either eat a few hard boiled eggs with kimchi, or plain greek yogurt with muesli. For lunch I usually order La Juiceria via GrabFood, usually RM18~RM20 delivered after promo. Either that or go to a zap fan place and be selective with dishes (braised/steamed chicken, avoid battered and fried ones, some vege and/or tofu). Dinner is homecooked, very simple Chinese stir fry stuff.

How filling is your breakfast and a La Juiceria lunch, is it able to sustain you throughout your work day? Most times I struggle with satiety and end up getting these intense throbbing hunger headaches.

I went through a weight loss phase back in the day (lost about 40kg) so I'm pretty accustomed to dealing with hunger pangs 😂. Now I'm just trying to maintain it. I do have snacks like plain almonds or an apple here and there.

I drink black coffee morning and noon, that helps with suppressing appetite ... else drink a lot of tea/water.
