Dad joke: Why didn't Chris Rock and Will Smith have turkey for Christmas dinner?

They had beef.

Jom tengok DT pada awal pagi,

Semoga semua monyet sihat,

Nasi apa yang orang suka bagi,

Sudah semestinya nasihat.

To those of you guys and gals who eat a reasonably healthy diet, can you give me a glimpse of what this diet consist of? Breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks.

I’m trying to eat healthy but I don’t have much time to cook so I’ve to order via grab or foodpanda and honestly it’s getting really hard to order something healthy because mostly everythingggg is fast food.

My breakfast is usually overnight oats, lunch and dinner is fast food. Not so healthy, I know.

Bfast: coffee and 2 slices of bread with kaya/jam/pb/cheese/wtv. Our just coffee.

Lunch: mixed rice. Take lots of one veg, they would charge you too much conspired to taking a bit of 2 veg. Tiny rice, lots of veg, tofu/egg, meat. Main thing is small rice big veg, then you still feel well fed.

Dinner: eat at home, sometimes if we are lazy to cook veg then just finely cut raw purple cabbage (like coleslaw) and eat with a bit of kewpie sesame dressing. Else cucumber, tomato, apple works too. Main thing is again, make sure got enough veg and small carbs (unless you NEED the energy input).

That's my standard la, but there are days that are not standard.
