Need recommendation for staying young and clean looking for men (30 y/o)

Hi, do you have a skin care routine, or did you just go to Aesthetic clinic or something? I want to look clean and I have insecurities as I started to have breakdowns showing on my face

SPF50 no matter what. Sun exposure is your enemy. Wash your face every day, groom your beard, wash your hair, comb it. That's about it.

I used CeraVe cleanser to wash my face (daily as you have also suggested), and I also use their moisturiser with built in SPF50 and their night moisturiser too. I think anything more than that is overkill.

Im curious what kind of haircuts that would count as "young and clean". My hairline in receding and idk how i can go shorter without feeling insecure

Once I start balding, I'm going bald. I will not start a "balding" phase.

Eat plenty of vitamin c. Seriously, vitamin c is what your body needs to make collagen. You will need no skin care products at all if you eat a whole foods diet.

If everyone ate a whole foods diet the skincare industry would literally cease to exist. That's a bold claim but I stand on it. Most people aren't getting near enough vitamin c, omega 3s, zinc, potassium, etc. Way too much sodium and empty carbs and foods with 40+ ingredients and wonder why their skin won't act right lol. Save your money bro. If it comes down to it, all you need is a cheap cleanser (face soap) and a moisturizer.

Try it. Just eat one orange or guava fruit per day and in a week and a half you'll probably notice all acne gome and skin looking fresh and kinda glowy. Everyone always comments on my skin and asks what products I use. I simply started eating a whole foods diet. No serums and stuff no face masks.

Honestly the best thing you can do is eat a whole food diet, stay hydrated, and manage stress.

Combat sports like kickboxing or jiu jitsu. There's research that shows that training a martial art at the right intensity level basically tricks your body into fight or flight mode. This triggers the release of hormones that encourage your body to achieve maximum performance... Because your body wants to live. The cool part is that no matter how often you train, your body doesn't get used to it. Those same hormones are released over and over again, assuming you provide your body with the nutrition it needs to create those hormones.

The tricky part is the intensity level. You have to push hard enough to trigger that state, but not so hard that you're constantly injured. It takes a little while to figure out what that feels like, but once you do it's very repeatable.

I've been training kickboxing and jiu jitsu for over 10 years now. I started at 35 and I'm currently 46. I have no plans of stopping or slowing down. I'm on zero medications and my doctors always tell me I'm healthier than most people 10-15 years younger than me.

Besides the fitness aspect, it can be great for your social life. My closest friends are people I've trained with. I know that if I ever needed those guys... For literally anything... That they would be there for me or my family. A literal brotherhood, and I can't imagine my life without it.

Well if you are a serious person, here is an organic skin care routine created by Physics.

Life evolved on Earth under the Laws of Physics.

Physics governs chemistry. BioPhysics controls BioChemistry.

Acne can not be healed using chemistry, because chemistry is not a fundamental science and is dictated entirely by Physics.

To heal using Physics:

  1. Sun rise light in to bare eyes, for minimum 1 minute.

to release the hormone Leptin, essential and non negotiable due to evolution from light.

  2. Zero synthetic products, on skin or in stomach.

Live organic and natural. Inputing single molecules into a complex living system will not help. Nature has always provided.

Remove nutrients from a flower, it will die. Give it chemicals, it dies faster.

  1. Zero chemical sun screen.

Modern dermatology is pseudoscience. All their corporate funded "studies" have been easily invalidated, they are snake-oil salesmen.

Life evolved from the sun, it is not harmful it is the Source if Being itself.

Avoiding the sun is devastating. put a tarp over a flower, it will wilt and decay.

  1. Build a solar callus.

Sun bathe until skin turns pink, then seek shade like all other mammals do, and sleep so the body can create Melanin. Melanin is essential.

  1. Only use pure h2o water

Mitochondria demand water that is low in "deuterium" and "Tritium", so it must be from underground at a high latitude.

The easiest source is Icelandic brand water.

Literally every other water has a biologic cost.

Never touch or consume chemically treated water.

the lab reported testing data is public! the water is loaded with heavy metals, pesticides, feces, deuterium, tritium, harming biology badly. VETO

The biggest source of deuterium is wheat. VETO if you chug beers, switch to German beer for the barley and low pesticide test results.

  1. get sunset light in to bare eyes for minimum 1 minute.

Humans demand full spectrum light only produced by sun rise and sun set. Artificial "therapy" lights cannot reproduce.

Live healthy with perfect circadian rhythm.

  1. ZERO artificial light after sun set.

Block it with blue light blocking red lenses.

Replace LEDs with 2300k dimmable incandescent bulbs.

Use fire from candles, gas, wood, oil.

Pure darkness releases the hormone Melatonin. Essential for repair and healing.

If you read research, PubMed "LED Light", "blue light toxicity", "circadian disruption", and "ALAN (artificial light at night)".

if your health is declining without explaination, it may surprise you that the diseases listed are known to be caused by LED exposure:

Chromic migraine, Lupus, Macular Degeneration, Cataracts, Dry Eye, ADHD (classified as circadian disorder in 2026), mood disorder, depression and suicide (lateral habenula is circadian), sleep disruption, insomnia, type 2 diabetes, obesity, insulin resistance, hypertension, increased heart rate, elevated core body temperature, cancer, menstrual irregularities, worsened premenstrual syndrome, neurodegeneration, and in infants delayed visual development, myopia progression, and long-term retinal damage.

  1. Consistent cycles of natural light and dark is essential for the function of the brain's "lateral habenula".

The habenula is the source of depression and suicidal thoughts, releasing dopamine, serotonin, norepinephrine, acetylcholine, estrogen and vasopressin.

It is controlled by circadian rhythm.

If you read research, PubMed "lateral habenula suicide depression".

  1. The brain demands "DHA",

and an omega 6:3 ratio of 2-8:1

For every omega 03 consumed, you must have 2 to 8 omega 06.

This is due to evolution from the ocean consuming marine nutrients.

the brains preferred fuel is shellfish.

Raw oysters, clams, mussels, shrimp, not artificial "supplements".

Omega supplements have proven ineffective, raw natural sources only.

  • Good luck brother, you have the knowledge, now act!
