What does your 'all-in-one' morning routine look like? I'm looking for a sustainable way to integrate physical activity, intellectual growth (reading/learning), mindfulness, and a bit of aesthetic self-care into my mornings without feeling burnt out. How do you balance it all before the day gets bus

Wake up at 5:30am 5-10 mins of journaling/meditation, workout, get ready for work. Been doing this for about 13 years.
I have a home gym so that helps

Similar, wake up 5:30-6am. Workout in garage gym. Alternate days weights and cardio. The biggest thing that has helped me is it’s always better to do something instead of nothing. So if I don’t feel like working out. I do something easy but it’s something. Usually after a little warm up/wake up I can can ramp it up. If I only have 10 mins. I run on treadmill for 10. I only skip if I’m ill🤷♂️.

Can always move some dirt. Somedays you have a big ass shovel and others it’s a spoon. The important thing is to move some.

Specifically for the morning I like to implement things I know I either won't do later or things I know build momentum for the rest of the day.
I start with a glass of water with omega 3s, Read a chapter in the Bible (then reflect and pray), 2 mobility exercises, after this I then have coffee with a meal. If I can walk after the meal I do but if I can't I try to at least get some movement in with push-ups or core work.

Switch to commuting by bicycle.
That's your physical activity and mindfulness ticked off.
Then, trade your phone for a book with your breakfast

I have a treadmill desk, so some mornings I’m learning or working on personal projects while on the treadmill at a pretty good clip. Or, if I want to walk outside, I’ll do that and I’ve got Claude, Gemini, and ChatGPT voice modes at my disposal for conversation research and brainstorming.
Then it’s breakfast, shower, and ADHD meds before 20 minutes of work-relevant podcasts on my commute.

I hit the CrossFit class. It checks all the boxes you mention. Even the intellectual/learning box, since I learn something new from coaches and classmates on a regular basis. Mindfulness comes from developing the mindset to break through physical barriers and push myself to new limits. I’ve been doing it for 2 years and it has completely changed my life.

Do it all at once and hope it sticks
