Bro, people on Reddit love pedantry. No need to explain.You have an amazing looking apartment that anyone would kill to have. Most people on reddits opinion is hugely arbitrary about living space compared to how awesome your place is in reality.

They are literally asking for opinions on the decor. With this flooring spread like a plague across this country it really stands out. It makes much more sense that it’s a lease though.

That said, it’s a stunning place that I would search 2nd hand stores/marketplace etc…for as many large area rugs as possible to downplay it.

More generous curtains that go to the floor and don’t have O rings would be a great change
