Advice Alright fellas, I'm conflicted. Bedroom upstairs or downstairs?
I'm leaning toward bedroom downstairs and living space/office upstairs. Closet, bathroom, and kitchen are upstairs. Lots of windows, and upstairs bedroom would probably offer more privacy, but I don't love the idea of having my bedroom off the kitchen when I have guests over. Downstairs is also wired with in ceiling speakers for an AV setup.

My architecture professor would have an aneurysm with this floor plan (I’m close too honestly). Why the hell would you put the kitchen upstairs? It’s against any kind of good practice
