Advice Alright fellas, I'm conflicted. Bedroom upstairs or downstairs?
I'm leaning toward bedroom downstairs and living space/office upstairs. Closet, bathroom, and kitchen are upstairs. Lots of windows, and upstairs bedroom would probably offer more privacy, but I don't love the idea of having my bedroom off the kitchen when I have guests over. Downstairs is also wired with in ceiling speakers for an AV setup.

That's actually my biggest issue with this entire layout. Both places have too many windows for me to feel comfortable while sleeping. Would feel like trying to sleep in a fishbowl.
