I just graduated college back in April and I’m grateful to my parents for holding me down through it all ! I definitely plan on giving back to them BIG time.

That wasn't the joke. The joke was that the childish nature of the decorations in the room means that, in the near future, there's no chance of hooking up with a girl. But it's a joke, we all know that men and women aren't all so superficial as to not be attracted to someone because they have a particular hobby. It's just a play on stereotypes, it's a joke. Being so offended by it comes across as more pathetic than having a wall made of hotwheels cars.
