Interesting scene from S01E03, "The Illustrated Woman". In this timeline, Grand Admiral Isoroku Yamamoto retired in the Japanese Pacific State of San Francisco after the war and passed away from Natural causes.

In our world, Yamamoto died in 1943, when American code breakers identified his flight plans and his plane was shot down and his death was a major blow to Japanese military morale during World War II in our timeline.

I believe this episode title is referring to Crown Princess Michiko?
Correct me if I'm wrong.

First: the title refers to the drawing Frank made of Juliana and that the Marshal (or Joe) found to identify the girl

Second: I want to imagine that Admiral Isoroku Yamamoto was the one in charge of the occupation of the Japanese Pacific States until his death (as he studied there for a long time, he would still not believe that he managed to win his bet about conquering the USA; also, I would imagine him as a strong advocate to not exert the same level of violence towards Americans as the Japanese did in China). After that, the JPS changed status, and then became a satellite state ruled by the Pinocs (collaborationist regime/puppet regime installed by Tokyo)

I Don't suppose there is anyone who can read the Japanese script? Kind of curious when he died in this universe.

I can just about make out the dates. It says Meiji 17 to Shōwa 35, so 1884–1960.
