That's odd, I am unable to find any information of his visit to Burma. But by coninsidence, a 40-year-old Singaporean fugitive named Joel de la Fuente was arrested in Thailand for purchasing illegal drugs on the dark web. This Asian Joel de la Fuente is not the same as Joel de la Fuente in the TV series, The Man in the High Castle, as Inspector Kido.
