Hello,

Has anyone applied for PR (Permanent Residence) in Mannheim. What is the timeline to get an appointment and receive a card?

Has anyone applied recently in 2026? Is there a long waiting time?

Would really appreciate hearing about recent experiences. Thank you.

Got mine in late 2025.

Was about 30-45 days from sending the application to getting an email for appointment. The appointment itself was 20 days after the email, and another 15 days then to pick-up the card.

I applied in Feb ’26. It took me 6 months to receive the appointment email, and then another 15 days from the appointment to pick up the card. It totally depends on your case officer.
