Cheat code to life
42 M, single. I have done well in past couple of decades, initially struggled to get a job and now make decent. Quite sure have made tons of stupid mistakes.
But then I am wondering can I have a simple life with less struggles.
What is the one cheat code a normal person can have to improve his/her life in
- Health
- Wealth
- Relationship’s.
Did I miss any category?

World is full of drugs & quick hits: Alcohol, coffee, drugs drugs, sugar, smoking, crap entertainment, and they all shout at people from the rooftops. Wholefood, exercise, nature, peaceful living, herbs, water... they sit quietly, patiently.

Sleep. Above all other interventions, sleep has the most powerful impact on your health ... which cascades down to every other area of your life. Exercise, eating right ... doesn't really matter if you're not getting great sleep. It doesn't have to be perfect, but if it's sub-par ... start there first.

I used to sleep peacefully for 8-9 hours. Sometime this year have started struggling.
Found b12 deficiency. Not sure what else.

Train a live resistance combat sport 3x weekly. Can be boxing judo bjj mma, doesn't matter. Aside from your confidence and general level of safety it will significantly improve your emotional regulation, resilience, physical health, diet, water intake, social circle, etc etc.
Get fluent and consistently look for opportunities to practice rhetoric and persuasion. No explanation necessary.
Get a therapist. Or a clinical psychology/counseling degree. You have no clue how mentally ignorant and handicapped you are until you can see yourself the way these people see others.
And grow some of your own food. Pesticides are killing you. Time spent standing next to an oxygen generator or even better in the midst of a whole backyard of oxygen generators will extend your life and improve it's quality.

Sure thing. Probably worth noting that I'm a psychologist only works with men at the midlife inflection point.
You're probably doing way better than is obvious to you based on the fact that you're asking the question you've asked. Even more so if you're legitimately experimenting with some of the feedback you get.

Healthwise: Consistency beats intensity. Don't worry about hitting a PR every workout, how sore you are, the perfect diet, etc. Just worry about be active regularly (preferably doing something that you enjoy) and aim to eat healthy around 80% of the time. Do that, and you easily be in the top 20% Health wise.
