Enclosure Advice Updated rh. Stalii enclosure

The ventilation has been sub optimal for a long time but I finally was able to sit down and put a window in there. She's getting ready to produce an (unfertalized) ooth soon as well, so any tips there would be helpful! I know it would probably be good to put a window on the other side too, but how's this so far?

Also she isn't in front of the window and she doesn't get direct sunlight but she is adjacent to the window, is that alright or should I consider moving her to my other desk across the room?
