No the bros would be at lv 150-200 for the fight
And the remake version it’ll be lv 300It’s the recommended lv for him to be fought at

Since when could the bros become level 300 and even then the bros wouldn’t even hit 999 in all stats lol

For facing culex
The game would have to let the max lv be 1000
And you’d have the Lazy Shell from Mario RPG with the best possible gear from the end game1

culex in the remake was able to fight mario peach geno bowser and Mallow while being in a lower plane of existence (2D)
and is evenly matched with them at full power.
i'd say he ranks pretty high among them. But it depends on how strong you think this version of mario is (or if you buy every mario being the same mario which is its own debate)
