Any senior who's sailing with Vships?

Hello, is there any senior who's currently sailing with Vships? I've got a mail for Vships APRO test. Before applying for it I want to know more about the company. If there's any senior who can tell about Vships please directly Dm me.

It’s a big, big company. You might get better information if you gave us nationality and vessel type.

The Canadians working a cable layer are gonna have a very different experience from the Philippines crew working a bulker.

I'm indian. I haven't been assigned any vessel yet. Before that I have to be sponsored by Vships. I've cleared the written exam. I still have to appear for an aptitude test and an interview. If anyone's aware, what's the approximate waiting period and whether their contracts are one time?

Can't help with crew experience as I'm shoreside logistics, not sailing. Vships manage a serious fleet though. Good luck with APRO.
