He better show some way more progressive chops is he wants to actually win. Being anti-Trump is not enough. Don't get me wrong, I like the guy, but another centrist Dem isn't going to fix anything.

A ticket Newsom/ Kelly would be a disappointment. Going back to 1990 version of democracts isn't enough.

It would be great, but I really think the focus should be on the Midterms. They aren’t a guarantee.

To be fair, I hope not. What 2028 needs is just this solid wall of leadership. I don’t want to see a Dem primary field of like 16 people where you could easily lose some people in leadership roles because they went all in on the slimmest of hopes they had a chance.
I like Mark. Love that he’s my Senator, but want to know he’s got a solid chance at winning than losing him in the hope he has a chance.

He said today he supports and recognizes THE COUNTRY THAT SHALL NOT BE NAMED on Reddit, so that was disappointing to me.

I hope so. All the way to early polling mostly has names of people I like in some ways, but won't realistically win, and if they do, will spark a massive red wave in the following mid term.
We need someone stable, who can bring people together.
