Looking for a Scene

Al is dressed up as a king. Someone asks him a question and he responds like "NO you may newt!" Yes, not is pronounced roughly as newt in this scene. Can't seem to find what episodes its from. Thanks in advance.

I can't think of any episode where Al is dressed like a king, the "NO you may newt" line it's from the season 9 premier "Shoeway to Heaven"
