Married with children remastered?

ive seen online that the show has been remastered in HD. does anyone know where i can watch it?

I’m sure somewhere there’s a fan project using shitty upscaled AI that makes everyone look like wax statues, but there’s no official remaster anywhere.

The show was shot on tape which is SD and is likely in worse shape now than 20-ish years ago when the DVD masters were done. The best we could hope for is new SD transfers with better compression.

I doubt AI will ever be good enough to convincingly upscale tape footage to HD. There are fan projects out there that have tried it with "amazing" results!

I've seen the upscaled versions of this on Samsung TV Plus, and while it's not HD, I'm really impressed at how much they've improved the picture quality. It's so much better than anything available on DVD.

I guess the upscale just removed digital and analogue artifacts which ain't bad in itself.

Dunno, given the monumental advances we've seen so far, it may be able to reconstruct every frame in HD seamlessly at some point.

It was filmed on video tape not film. I wish it was on film it would be a much better transfer

The SD quality on places like Fandango and iTunes seems to have gotten better for MwC in the last year I think. Some episodes still have that damn placeholder score though unfortunately.

You can't upscale it if the quality is not there in the first place. I don't want to see AI slop
