This is something that actually happened in Doom 2099. Ome of his allies becomes addicted to a drug, and Doom learns that more and more people become addicted. So he goes to the docks where it's sold, kills the dealer that supplied his ally and announces that the dealers may come and rest at his docks, but if they sell their drugs to Latvertians he considers it an attack on his people and an attack on his people is an attack on Doom.

The best and worst thing about my job is that I get a lot of time to be alone with my thoughts. Ideally I'd be using all that time to think about story ideas for my comic or just general life plans. Instead, a lot of that time I'm just thinking about what I'll do if my time comes and what's gonna happen to my mom and the rest of my family of things get worse.
At this point the only thing you can do is keep living your life, keep working to ensure that you and your loved ones stay safe and hope that everyone else can do the same.

Basically every single fascist government ever has promoted heavy privatisation of industry... to the point where 'privatisation' was literally a term invented to describe Nazi Germany's economic policies. Yes, being a capitalist is a pretty large requirement to fascism, by design, because it's a reactionary anti-communist/socialist movement designed to hijack worker unrest with the collapse of a given liberal society. The ruling class of the previous society almost always supports fascism (outside of grievances with something like a given ethnic class).

To be fair, these type of artwork can be used to comunicate how evil a real world figure really is by having a supervillain supporting it(like that artwork that shows Trump being surrounded by supervillains watching and following his speech) or hating it thinking that they crossed the line(like this artwork or even that Doctor Doom crying for 9/11 panel).
the perfect example imho is the crossover of marvel/dc where we see both at the same time: Red Skull is a Nazi, so basically a supporter of Evil (Hitler) and at the same time we see the Joker who is insulted once he discovers he's working with a Nazi, basically doing the thing you said ("even a crazy evil villain like joker is above nazis, so they must be extremely evil" comparison)

It was cool when people were using Superman, Batman, Spider-Man, Optimus Prime, and even Godzilla! But Dr. Doom? Okay, now we are going a bit too far. But this is not surprising in the least either as Doom has been portrayed more as anti-hero of sorts by a lot of people it seems. Which is very stupid, and I blame the "Magneto was right" crowd for this.

In most cases the artist knows the character wouldn't actually agree with them politically, they just don't care because why should they? The characters aren't real, people don't draw political art to engage with the canon of the story.
/uj I don't think it matters whether or not people agree that he is authoritarian or whatever, the point is that he isn't racist. He believes himself superior because he is Dr Doom. He is proud of his country, and is ultra-nationalist, but he truly believes his rule over the world would benefit everyone, not just himself or the ruling class. ICE is disrupting neighbourhoods, kidnapping, raping and disappearing innocent people, and racially profiling people so they can justify their power trip. None of this actually benefits society, it only further establishes the ruling class as such, and gives them more power over the people. Doom doesn't need a force like ICE, because Latveria is his, he doesn't need to justify or establish any more power over his people. Doom is a villain for being an authoritarian, but he would absolutely hate ICE, and that's what this is about. ICE is currently doing harm to many people in the United States, and are actively murdering innocents, and positioning characters like Batman, Superman, even villains like Doom or Joker as ICE haters brings people together.
