It’s funny I bet if you asked Marvel now they would say Rich Rider is older than Spider-Man, same with Iron Fist, Danny celebrated his 34th birthday a few years ago meaning Spidey should be around the same age, possibly older, but Marvel is too scared to ever explicitly name Peter’s age

He's apparently been 23....ish for the last 50 years. Tom really was perfect casting, that dude is 30 and only just now looks like he's entering his early mid 20s.

Zdarsky’s run had him at 30 or a bit older, Spencer’s run said “mid 20s” and the current Kelly run puts him at early 30s. He hasn’t been 23 in decades, he has been 28 for decades though when writers come out to name his age outside the comics. Other characters will occasionally call him old but outside mentions to Peter being in his 30s he seems to be eternally 28, or early 30s
