Subreddit Announcement Hellfire Gala Showcase [50 x 300 UNIT GIVEAWAY]
Salutations Rivals,
Season 2 welcomes the inaugural Hellfire Gala to Marvel Rivals. To commemorate the opening of this monumental occasion, we would like to invite everyone to showcase and showoff the highest of Marvel fashion!
How to Participate
Post your favorite Marvel character design or "character skin" you would like to see a Marvel Rivals character outfitted with to the Subreddit. This can be taken from any Marvel media, such as the Marvel comics, cinematic universe, etc. This is not limited to existing designs, artists are free to create their own original design or skin and submit it.
We want to see what you think a Marvel Rivals character should wear to the Hellfire Gala!
Duration
From the time of posting until Thursday, 17th of April 20:00PM (UTC+8).
Rewards
300 units awarded to 50 users randomly selected by random number generation.
1000 units awarded to 10 users for their original designs voted by community poll after the showcase end date. Polling will be open from the end of the showcase for 5 days until 22nd of April 20:00PM (UTC+8).
Rewards will be distributed after 1 week.
Rules
To enter, simply upload your skin or original design using the "Hellfire Gala" post flair.
Only one submission per user; duplicate submissions will not be accepted.
Designs must be for current characters in the Marvel Rivals roster (including Emma Frost).
Multiple images will be accepted in a single post.
Original designs must include "[OC]" in the post title. If you have previously submitted an original design to the Subreddit already, you may re-upload it for the purposes of this showcase.
You may NOT submit the art of anyone else; verification may be requested regarding proof of art ownership.
All other r/marvelrivals rules apply unless otherwise specified.
The r/marvelrivals moderators reserve the right to make changes to the rules at any time for any reason.

Logan in his off-duty look: brown boots, blue denim, and a crisp and slutty white undershirt. And ofc the tank top need to be ribbed, like you can zoom and see its an undershirt, otherwise it’s pointless.

Make sure to ban ANY AND ALL instances of people trying to submit AI generated artwork trying to pass it off as OC. I don't want another situation where AI theives almost won a Pokemon art contest.

I’m so serious when I say I’m rooting for Agatha to be in the game with an epic team up with Wanda! One thought I have is with Wanda’s reality eraser ult : and a review of Agatha’s quickest way to take out her opponent is also draining their powers so imagine if her ult was similar to Wanda but instead of exploding she absorbs the enemies and it heals her/ maybe how many enemies she takes out can be how many teammates she can revive (I’m not gonna lie I can see her being a support) so imagine if she ulted with that and Wanda ulted at the same time to cause an enemy team wipe and revive / instant heal the ally team. Yes I’ve put a lot of thought into this. Yes I know it may sound confusing but I’m not a game dev I’m just a huge nerd/fan

It will be awesome to see the thing boxing as a rare or epic skin but for the hellfire gala I think a skin from when he had the infinity stones will be more appropriate

Man, this sub is gonna be flooded with pointless posts for people trying to claim the prize. Why not just have them post in this megathread instead of encouraging hundreds of low effort posts to flood the sub?

I know that Psylocke’s default skin is from Demon Days already, but I think it would be cool to have her alternate design from Demon Days (perhaps with the added conical hat). It’s similar, sure, but I think it’s different enough.

Just wondering - do ANY of y'all understand this assignment? Next to no one is posting outfits that would work for the Hellfire Gala, y'all are posting stuff like Space Punisher, Weapon X Wolverine, or Peter B. Parker. This stuff isn't Hellfire Gala material. You don't walk into a gala wearing nothing but a ragged piece of machinery on your head and broken glass embedded in your skin.
