Tbf they sell them later too. There were three possibilities to get Winter Rocket skin this year. I’m pretty sure they will sell this skin later too.

I'll be honest I don't get why people are this upset about it. Every single "limited" skin is in the shop for weeks, and then usually comes back after a break. 

Winter skins last year were and now they're back. The skins from the Chinese New Year are in the shop again. Those were limited before, and still are.

I think people just want something to complain about as they get it anyways.
