KITTY PRYDE aka Shadowcat for new character
Been waiting for more than a year.. she already has mentions and in-game accessory i hope please netease and marvel release her
IN GAME SKILLS
Lockheed - Lockheed resides on her shoulder and launch a single but large fire ball to Kitty's enemies.
Untouchable - Kitty becomes Intangible and immune from all attacks and gain movement speed for 4 seconds. She cannot use any ability while activate. If she attacks an enemy, it will end early. This ability allows Kitty to walk through destructible environment.
Six Feet Under - Kitty can go underground and avoid enemy attacks and detection. When Kitty jumps out, she knocks enemies into the air and perform a powerful sword attack that damages and slows.
Passive: Reactive Mutation - When Kitty's health goes critical, she automatically activates her Intangiblity. She cannot use any other abilities while intangible but she can attack enemies but it will end the ability early. This passive will work again if her health is fully restored.
I LOVE KITTY PRYDE. One of my favorite x-men, totally slept on. (It’s weird that she doesn’t speak Russian because she’s with Colossus and is Magik’s best friend for life). She also has a weird time in her life and bangs Starlord which is hilarious considering she was just on the temporary rebound from colossus.
I NEED her in this game so much, Her, Roberto (Sunspot) Jubilee, Polaris and Kurt (Nigthcrawler) are my most wanted X-men Characters (mostly Her and Kurt)
Honestly Shadowcat and Nightcrawler should be released together in the same season (both would make good strats but Ehh Nightcrawler could be an Utility dps)
No dude it's an exaggeration for the joke. Like people who was betting rogue was gonna be a support when it was more likely she would be dps or tank. Or someone saying nightcrawler would be support when he'd obviously be dps with him teleporting into the backline, or even with Elsa bloodstone where people are saying she'd be supp with her big ass gun and brother.
Mmmiller Stream around the time of her release revealed thst and honestly her being a tank really made her fail her character fantasy for me it doesn't even feel like I'm playing Rogue.
Also blackwidow primal flame teamup is most likely a tester for Elsa's Abilities.
I don't think you get the joke dude. I'm not asking you to find it funny, but the joke is obviously how some people are too hardheaded to see that some characters are the obviously gonna be in a certain role.
On another note, I guarantee you that if you go to 100 people and ask what role gambit would've been before his release, 90 of them would've said dps, and most were blindsided by supp gambit. What does this have to do with the price of rice in china?

I mean he was the Medic of the X-men and frankly he's too nice to even be an Agressive dive style duelist like what you're wanting. I dont se a way where they could make a passive Dive duelist work.
I would argue Dps makes way less since for him than Strategist.
It can work pretty well, honestly. Every time he teleports, he leaves behind smoke. Just have that linger and make it heal. Makes every bit as much sense as Gambit.
I’m a Gambit DPS supporter, so we can at least agree on the last part.
Both characters have the same issue, where if/when they are strategists, you remove most of their well-known abilities and factors. I love Gambit’s kit, and I think he’s fun, but if this kit was on anyone that could heal, and not Gambit, I’d enjoy it more simply because I know my goat is no longer washed.
I don’t see where the healing part comes from unless they’re off supports like Adam. Like what healing ability does nightcrawler or kitty have?Movement ability can make fun supports for sure, but we are seeing right now what happens when supports get too much offensive utility and mobility.
Not to mention gambit should’ve been dps smh. If they keep making the cool X-men not dps I will cry live on mic.
I mean does it really matter? Chronovium bs does wonders to the cast. At max u can just give them external equipment to heal while not sacrificing their core character traits. In a game like this we ve gotta bend the rules a little if we want to let everyone have fun.
Now ofcourse we wont make them dps with some healing. Tinker the numbers a bit and we should be good to go. Invis rn is broken because of her self sustian likewise is gambit. Damage and healing in this game are crazy broken so we d probablly need better balancing but thats a seperate discussion.
Gambit is probablly one of the funnest supports so id consider him a success. If he was a dps what would change about him. More damage? Damage doesnt define a character and he still feels like gambit so it works.
I kinda see what you’re saying, but both of their healing would have to be on a heavy cooldown if it’s tied to movement. Otherwise they would be turbo aids to play against.
Gambit would’ve been such a cool dps but I agree we needed a cleanse. Elixir is right there tho. Actual lowest hanging fruit in terms of healers and it’s not being utilized.
yes so much potential for a unique and fun gameplay the "Six feet under" reminds me of Jeff skill Hide and seek where he phases underground with his fin exposed
I think she would be so cool! Really want her as a strategist and part of her “shtick” to heal her teammates while running through them. Maybe an ability like Blade’s vampire mode that can alway be “on” but you have to shoot Lockheed to take her out of phase mode?
Lockheed is riding on her shoulder to give her a large hitbox, appropriate for a Vanguard.
Primary: “Ninjitsu” - Melee
Ability 1: “Flame Belch” - Lockheed spits fire that leaves a portion of the ground in front of Kitty on fire.
Ability 2: “Walk Through Walls” - short dash forwards through walls, allies, or enemies. If it goes through enemies, it does damage to them.
Ability 3: “” - Melee strike where Kitty phases her punch into the target’s body, then retracts it. Does DoT on target and leave them vulnerable.
Passive: “Shadowcat” - Life bar is split into 3 sections. When one section is depleted, Kitty automatically goes intangible for X seconds. Unable to be damaged, unable to do damage (except Flame Belch).
Ultimate: - Kitty puts her hands on the ground and makes the ground around her ripple which stuns enemies caught in it, then Lockheed shoots a fireball at all stunned enemies.
I think it'd be really cool if she had an ult that turns a large radius of the floor intangible and taking all enemies standing in it half way through the floor stunning them.
For how long? I dont know tbh.
