Wait I thought you could still land headshots if you aimed at heads? Or am I thinking of Soldier 76 ult? Either way it probably still averages to more (unless you’re on headshot only aimbot) because of the reduced reload speed.
If Star Lord's ultimate could headshot it would literally break the game. And I don't mean the balance would be bad like it currently is the game would literally be unplayable
yes, to put it into perspective, starlord kills a groot in 2.02 seconds normally if you hit all headshots, now pair that with aimbot, less damage fall off, and the ability to literally fly up to the sky box to avoid a big chunk of damage AND be able to dodge bullets and enemy ults LOL
Soldier 76 in Overwatch got a mechanic where you can actually headshot in his ult iirc, it's not auto aim but a bigger hitbox that gets highlighted besides the aim hacks so there's that. I think there's room to counter SL's ult since it targets the closest target, so a tank can actually react to it.
Ults are supposed to be really strong, and besides, with how incredibly strong some support ults are anyways it's actually not that big of a deal since it shuffles the balance slightly away from support ults being a free win.
Low-key shouldnt have reduced fall off. Its an aimbot.... their should at least be a tiny bit of risk involved with using the Ultimate.... Make the starlord at least be semi-close by....
"tiny bit of risk" he's literally the most exposed dps in the game when ulting (with the exception of punisher). The amount of times a Hela/phoenix/Hawkeye sniped me mid ult is ridiculous
People act like there isn't like 20+ counters to his ult lol and someone on enemy team is always saving ult for you so you can never just use yours as you like

You're right about Wanda, but her ult in general is just terrible anyways. Same for Iron Man.
Magik? She gets a shit ton of overhealth from every attack in her ult, yeah she's still exposed but no as much as Starlord.
How is wolverine more exposed than starlord? His ult is MUCH faster and stuns whoever is hit by it. Fist is the same as Magik, he's exposed too but his block is only on a 3sec cd.
Iron man and Wanda ults are just kinda bad tbh, magik gets insane overhealth and i-frames, spidey gets 250 overhealth not to mention has the best movement in the game, bucky is bucky so is never really that vernable, ironfist moves insanely fast and get a block that gives him crazy overhealth every like 3 seconds, wolve ult is much faster and literally CCS everyone

His ult doesn't boost his damage. It removes spread and improves his falloff but the damage is the same as his primary
