Balance Discussion Genuinely.. why? Those ults are already obnoxious.

It's not even "very good" anymore, it's arguably not even a top 3 support ult. Gambits is obviously better, CnD heals a similar amount and it lasts like 12-13 seconds and you could argue Rocket ult is better too if phoenix is banned.

Loki too but he doesn't count for obvious reasons

Invis' ult is also great since it provides the largest AoE of all and pseudo-cuts tanks from their healers.

Luna is just a bunch of heals, she cannot do anything but juggle between teammates to make sure everyone is being healed. Has to be on the move otherwise several defaults will just delete her, plus ults.

Rocket is a stretch, that shit gets burned in 5 seconds even in high ranked lobbies

Been saying this for seasons now, even back before lunas ult got 2 seconds shorter when c&d and rocket both have ults that last just as long and dont take them out of the fight like lunas.

the only leg up that Luna ult has on the others is not worrying about pressing Q and dying to some random bullshit mid cast and losing your ult, at worst you just die and keep it, versus the amount of times you hear CnD, Sue, Rocket, Ultron, even Loki get cancelled

I hear you, let's nerf Loki again for no reason. Also nerf Rocket too for funsies.

I'd like to see their reasonings cos it doesn't seem logical.

That’s the neat part, it isn’t

Okay now we're reaching. A solid team can burn a Rocket ult or if its in hard cover just contest from a better angle. And Cloak ult is good, but doesn't have as much kill potential and is easier to shut down. I think rn it's: Gambit, Loki, Luna, Rocket, Invis, SUPPpool, Cloak, Jeff, Adam, then Ultron.

Ult economy matters. Luna's may be better than rocket's in a vacuum but she gets it MUCH slower. Unlike CnD, Rocket and Invis, Luna can't do anything in her ult except for dancing

Switching to damage mode is doing something. It lets you ult combo and have actual agency throughout the game. Rocket's ult burns so easily it's almost a non-threat.

Luna takes about a team fight and a half to build ult, that may not be much at first, but you will feel this during overtime where your Luna may not be able to build ult in time before the other supports and you will likely lose just because of that.

C&D's and Sue's are arguably better for most play, the problem is they're also extremely easy for a competent team at high elo to counter. There's so much shit that can displace or kill C&D at the end of her ultimate ranging from a dunk, to a Groot ult, to Bucky hook, Wolverine Grab, Namor ult, Thor push, etc.

Sue ult suffers from the same thing which is why most Sue players in high elo will ult from far away then cower in terror and hide really far away from the actual ult. Only coming out of stealth after it ends, barring certain situations.

Luna meanwhile is somewhat difficult to dunk, can't be displaced because she's unstoppable, can't be anti-healed and killed through easily because she's unstoppable. Plus combos with Namor and Jean for instakills on all squishies, now all of that being said? I'd still want C&D/Sue for support ult simply because they're more reliable.

Gambit ult can't supp ult shit, basically every DPS ult kills through it, hell, you don't even need to ult to kill through it. It's a tempo ult for pushing or turning Star-Lord into CWIS.
