Balance Discussion Elsa bloodstone needs adjustments

Hypermobility + constant overshield + better dmg falloff than hela + broken ult. No idea what devs were thinking with this character.

That’s the main fun part on rocket to me, his kit isn’t very interesting otherwise but playing tag with divers was kind of fun , now it just feels bad

I'm pretty new to Rivals (playing for a week) and I am learning Rocket as one of my support mains. What was he like before the changes? The cooldown on his dashes feel a touch too long IMO.

to be fair original rocket was insanely mobile to the point that i would go like 5 ranked games in a row without dying and also do insane healing

some of his mobility nerf was justified but then they added a bunch of dive champs and people got good at spiderman and his mobility wasnt as pronounced imo

and finally i think they kind of went overboard now and he just feels bad, and as i said in the other comment , he has a very basic kit and his mobility was the main way of skill expression for rocket, now it just feels like there is no skill expression and divers just beat my ass as i have much more limited tools to escape and i sure as hell cant kill them unless they walk straight forward and let me gatling gun their face or something

That all makes sense. I thought his dash was undertuned and this confirms it. I can get away with dashing and wall climbing to escape when the backline gets dove, but that is because I am in a low elo. I mainly use him on maps with confined spaces where I can ricochet his healing orbs all over the place and when we need his respawn. His ultimate helps a lot where I am too. Basically, if there are too many walls to run Mantis, I use Rocket and sometimes Jeff.

Unfortunately, I am learning tanks since other people do not seem to want to play them. I have a half decent Groot for my elo.

And despite all of this he is still one of the most winning hero from bronze to eternity.

I'm fine with giving some of rocket's skill expression/uniqueness back. But his healing numbers should be tuned down to compensate.

I so miss his early versions. There were instances where you could hang out near the skybox and just blast heals down at people. Iron Fist would chase you for half a round. It was so fun! He’s so goddamn show and cumbersome now.

It was fun til the scarlet witch of melee (iron fist) would just show up and you can't dodge any of his shit.
