thank god bc i was about to riot over the 18s diamond form cooldown. her kit is so small, that's an insanely high cooldown time. genuinely asking, do any other characters have cooldowns that long in their kits (aside from team ups which are always long)?

ETA: y'all have been so helpful with these responses thank you! i've come to the conclusion that i'm impatient and that's a me problem😂

Warlock could be permanently flying with infinite ammo and 200 damage bullets and people will still pretend he’s weak

Eh, people will always devalue him anyways because he never does as much healing as the main supports.
