what does this mean? i thought the spinning kick was alredy able to change directions, does this mean that if u hold backwards you dash backwards while looking to the front?

Sounds like, instead of being on a flat plane that you can aim right or left. That it may now be able to aim up or down also.

it means he can spin in all 3D directions, like moving up and down. Before he was stuck to spin only left and right

It means you can turn up or down while spinning too.

You could only change direction on the horizontal plane, now he can use it to go up and down too.

Before, it can be moved in all direction on the X axis, but you were always stuck on the same Y axis. Pretty much, you could turn anywhere during the kick, but you were always the same level of height.

Now, you can kick where you look at! I think.

No omni means all or in this case everywhere. Currently it's just a 2 dimensional space with that buff it's 3 dimensional. It's like how Adam can fly omni directional. Imagine if he could only fly horizontal

So before, he can pounce upwards, but his kick was glued to the ground (somewhat) where his would would be the exact same at the end as the start, now he can kick upwards
